Most orders ship within 24 hours. Custom-poured concrete vessel candles require an additional 3–5 business days for production.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
Free shipping is available for orders over $50

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

RETURNS

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, used or burned candles and opened fragrance products cannot be returned.
Damaged Items
We pride ourself in safe, effective, and sustainable packaging. But sometimes breaks happen. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your damaged item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post the credit.
