Shipping and Returns

FAST, CAREFUL SHIPPING - EVERY TIME

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours. Custom-poured concrete vessel candles require an additional 3–5 business days for production.

  • Choose USPS, UPS, or FedEx at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • We take pride in making sure your order arrives safely and beautifully:

    • Concrete items are wrapped with extra protective packaging to minimize the risk of breakage.

    • Candles and wax melts are shipped in insulated, wrapped boxes to protect them from warm weather during transit.

  • Email a photo or video within 30 days to info@aurorahousecandlecompany.com and we’ll make it right.

RETURNS, DAMAGES, & EXCHANGES

    • If any item arrives damaged or broken, please email us a photo or video within 30 days of purchase.

    • We will replace or refund the item in full and cover the cost of return shipping.

    • Unlit Pre-Packaged Candles or Wax Melts:

      • May be returned within 30 days for a full refund if you don’t love the scent.

      • After 30 days, unopened items may be returned for store credit only.

    • Custom Poured Concrete Vessel Candles:

      • Final sale unless they arrive damaged (report within 30 days)

    • May be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

    • Item must be in original, undamaged condition.

  • This includes:

    • Body fragrance rollers

    • Perfume mist

    • Home fragrance mist

    • All-purpose cleaner & refill bottles

    Sealed products may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase.

    • Opened products are final sale.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

    • For damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • We want gift recipients to love what they receive!

    • Gift returns and exchanges are eligible for:

      • Store credit equal to the original purchase price, or

      • Exchange for a different fragrance or décor item of the same value

    • Gifts must be returned unlit, unopened, and in original condition.

    • Standard return windows still apply:

      • 30 days for candles, wax melts, and other scented products

      • 60 days for concrete décor and sealed home/body products

    • Return shipping costs apply unless the item was damaged in transit (photo or video proof required within 30 days).

FROM US TO YOU: SHIPPING INFO

  • Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–15 business days depending on destination and carrier.

  • These services typically take 5–15 business days and transfer to USPS for final delivery. For the latest updates after handoff, check the USPS tracking number.

  • A package is considered lost after 15 business days from the ship date. After that, we’ll send a replacement.

  • Please allow an additional 5–7 business days.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages. If you receive a partial delivery, allow 3–4 extra business days for the remaining items.

  • Carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events may extend delivery times.

PICK UP LOCALLY

  • Skip the shipping — place your order online and choose Local Pickup at checkout. Your order will be packed in our signature Aurora House Take Home Bags and placed in the secure pickup box out front, clearly marked with our logo.

    • Orders placed before 8 AM are usually ready the same day.

    • Orders are available until 7 PM each day. After 7 PM, we bring them inside for safekeeping — you can pick up the next day during regular hours.
